 Post operative physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherpy that help to reduce pain,regaine strength & function.Pre-surgery physiotherapy to ensure a better recovery process . Pre operative exercise programme to maintain function & strength for prepare to surgery . After surgery physiotherapy regaine mobility, strength & function which reduce to surgery like TKR,laminectomy.

  dry needling therapy is an invasive procedure where a fine needle or acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin & muscle. dry needling  is a technique that physiotherapist used to treat musculoskeletal pain & movement issues.It always use a part of a larger pain management plan that could include exercise ,stretching, massage . Dry needling is applied to muscles & tissues for decrease tightness, increase blood flow & reduce local or refferred pain & it breckdown highly sensitive & painful tigger point which develop in muscles.
